35.How to determine the appropriate dosage for my product? Recommended addition rate 0.1%-1.5% for general scenarios: 0.1%-0.5% for ordinary condiments and grain processed products; 0.5%-1.0% for solid beverages and baking premixes; no more than 1.5% for high-moisture powders.
36.Can ZLSIL-T28 replace my current anti-caking agent? Yes. This product can directly replace commonly used anti-caking agents such as tricalcium phosphate, calcium silicate, and magnesium stearate, with lower addition amount, longer-lasting effect, and compliance with global food additive regulations.
