Product Overview

ZLDIO-PC250 is a self-developed cosmetic grade ultra-fine precipitated hydrated silica (INCI name: Hydrated Silica) prepared using a precipitation process with precise particle size control. It features ultra-fine particle size, high dispersibility, excellent flow aid and anti-caking properties, and outstanding formula compatibility. Complying with GB 25576-2020 and global high-end cosmetic raw material compliance standards, it has a silicon dioxide content of ≥98% and can be widely adapted to all categories of daily chemical products including toothpaste, makeup, personal care and powder cosmetics, combining multiple functions such as flow aid, anti-caking, abrasive cleaning, thickening suspension and skin feel adjustment. The product performance is based on our independent R&D and production quality control standards and has no association with any other brand models.

It can be used as a mild abrasive, thickener and suspension stabilizer, providing efficient cleaning and decontamination ability without damaging tooth enamel, while improving paste stability and smoothness without gritty or foreign body sensation.

 Powder Cosmetics: Suitable for makeup products such as loose powder, pressed powder, eye shadow, blush and setting powder, as well as body care powders such as talcum powder and antiperspirant powder. It plays excellent flow aid, anti-caking and anti-agglomeration roles, while adjusting powder smoothness, improving makeup adherence and spreadability, and solving production pain points such as uneven powder feeding and poor filling accuracy.

 Personal Care and Skincare Products: Suitable for products such as shampoos, body washes, conditioners, face creams and lotions. It can be used as a suspension stabilizer, thickener and skin feel modifier, effectively suspending insoluble components such as silicone oils, active particles and anti-dandruff agents, improving system stability, and enhancing product application smoothness without stickiness.

 Cream and Paste Makeup Products: Suitable for products such as liquid foundations, concealers, lipsticks and lip glosses. It plays roles in pigment dispersion, system thickening and skin feel adjustment, improving pigment dispersion uniformity, preventing sedimentation and layering, and optimizing product application spreadability.

 Storage and Transportation Requirements: It should be stored in a sealed manner in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, away from high temperatures, fire sources and volatile organic compounds.
