ZLSIL-W7887 is a versatile food processing aid grade silicon dioxide (SiO₂, INS No. E551) designed to meet the rigorous demands of various high-stress food processing operations. Manufactured with a specialized high-temperature calcination process that enhances its thermal and chemical stability, it complies with global food processing aid standards including GB 2760, GB 25576, FDA 21 CFR 172.480, EU Regulation 1333/2008, USP, and FCC. This white, odorless, tasteless powder exhibits excellent resistance to temperatures up to 800°C and a wide pH range from 2 to 12, making it suitable for use in baking, cooking, extrusion, dehydration, and other demanding processing environments.
